David Bowie is depicted here with stars tatooed around his dilated eye. The theme fits in well with his last album Blackstar and his 1972 song Starman from his album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. This tattoo was never used by David Bowie but it certainly fits into his penchant for bodily art.
I graduated from the Wexford Collegiate School For The Arts in Scarborough, Ontario and the graphic design program at George Brown College in Toronto. People often ask me what I enjoy most about art. My primary interest has been automotive and aviation related subjects but I am expanding into other areas of interest as well. Mostly I enjoy the process of creating art and the challenge of learning something new with each new work that I create. I'm hoping that people who view my artwork will connect with it in some way, wether it be composition, subject matter, or simply the aesthetic quality inherent in the work itself.
